AYAHUASCA DIET RECIPE BOOK

Nimea Kaya’s Ayahuasca Diet Recipe Book is now available!  At the request of our guests, we have compiled a recipe book that includes 25 Ayahuasca friendly recipes. These recipes follow the guidelines of the Ayahuasca diet while still being packed with nutrition, allowing ayahuasca retreat participants to have more energy while working with the Medicine. Our incredible team of chefs have perfected these dishes over the years. Beyond the Nimea Kaya retreat recipes, the recipe book includes several additional personal staff favorites.

Having a diet of healthy foods while preparing for an Ayahuasca is an important part of ensuring a successful experience.  It can be tough to know what to eat while on dieta and what may or may not be in alignment with the diet recommendations.  This recipe book will give you several examples of plant based meals that will align well for your plant medicine journey.  Enjoy these recipes while preparing for an ayahuasca retreat or for delicious and nutritious options any time of the year!

We are offering a sliding scale for the recipe book with a suggested minimum donation of $15 USD, with the opportunity to donate more. Proceeds go towards our non-profit programs that benefit the health and well being of individuals in our local community.
